A family farm in a green valley on the Caribbean slope. We plant, make sauces and ferments and, very soon, welcome guests.

Fruit trees, herbs and chiles, looked after slowly and by hand. What grows here ends up on the table, in the pantry and in the jars.
With that harvest we make sauces and ferments in small batches: that is Creaciones Colibrí. The recipes we use are open to everyone.
